🍽️ Skewers with Mini Tomatoes, Quail Eggs, and Meatballs

Ingredients
- 300 g mixed ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 tsp thyme
- salt (pepper)
- 10 hard-boiled quail eggs
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.
- 2. Sauté the onions in some oil until they are soft.
- 3. Let the onions cool down completely.
- 4. Mix the minced meat with the cooled onions, the breadcrumbs, and the egg yolk.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and thyme.
- 6. Shape the mixture into 10 equal-sized balls.
- 7. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 8. Fry the meatballs slowly in the pan until golden brown on all sides.
- 9. Let the meatballs cool down.
- 10. Peel the quail eggs.
- 11. Thread one quail egg, one mini tomato, and one meatball onto a skewer.
