Ingredients
- 80 g ground pistachios
- 100 g Parmesan
- 600 g large thin turkey cutlets (3 large thin turkey cutlets)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Shave the parmesan into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
- 2. Pound the turkey cutlets slightly flat, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle about one-third of the pistachios on top, and cover with the parmesan slices. Roll the meat tightly and secure it with meat skewers.
- 3. Beat the egg in a shallow bowl. Place the remaining pistachios on a second plate. Roll the rolls first in the egg and then in the pistachios until fully coated.
- 4. Heat the oil in a large pan (not too hot) and brown the rolls on all sides. Then place a lid on the pan and let the rolls cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Remove the finished rolls from the pan and let them cool briefly. Remove the meat skewers, cut the rolls diagonally into triangles, insert a wooden toothpick into each, and arrange them on a plate.
