  1. 1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add about 250 ml of lukewarm water.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 hour.
  6. 6. Then knead the dough briefly.
  7. 7. Let it rise again for 30 to 40 minutes.
  8. 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  9. 9. Dust a work surface generously with flour.
  10. 10. Divide the dough into 12 equal balls.
  11. 11. Roll out each ball thinly with a rolling pin.
  12. 12. Place the dough rounds on the prepared tray.
  13. 13. Press the dough flat with your hands.
  14. 14. Keep the edge slightly thicker than the center.
  15. 15. Brush the pizzas with a little olive oil.
  16. 16. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  17. 17. Remove the green stem at the top.
  18. 18. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
  19. 19. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the pizzas.
  20. 20. Sprinkle cheese over the tomatoes.
  21. 21. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  22. 22. Set the oven to top and bottom heat.
  23. 23. Bake the pizzas for about 8 to 12 minutes.
  24. 24. Remove them when they are golden brown.
  25. 25. Fry the prawns briefly in oil.
  26. 26. Season the prawns with lemon juice.
  27. 27. Finally salt and pepper them.
  28. 28. Wash the herbs thoroughly.
  29. 29. Remove wilted or inedible leaves.
  30. 30. Shake the herbs dry.
  31. 31. Lightly salt the herbs.
  32. 32. Place the finished pizzas on a serving plate.
  33. 33. Top the pizzas with the fried prawns.
  34. 34. Garnish the pizzas with the fresh herbs.
  35. 35. Serve the mini pizzas immediately.
