  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Beat 225 grams of butter with the sugar until creamy.
  3. 3. Sift the flour over the butter-sugar mixture.
  4. 4. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Line a cake pan with dimensions of approximately 21 by 21 centimeters with baking paper.
  6. 6. Press the dough evenly onto the bottom of the pan.
  7. 7. Bake the base in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
  9. 9. Warm the remaining butter for the filling.
  10. 10. Stir in the condensed milk and honey.
  11. 11. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  12. 12. Let it simmer for about 50 minutes, stirring regularly, until it is golden brown and caramelized.
  13. 13. Pour the mixture over the cooled biscuit base.
  14. 14. Let it cool.
  15. 15. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  16. 16. Chop the chocolate (coating chocolate).
  17. 17. Melt it over a hot water bath.
  18. 18. Let the chocolate cool slightly.
  19. 19. Pour it over the caramel.
  20. 20. Spread it smooth.
  21. 21. Let the cake cool completely for at least 3 hours.
