  1. 1. Peel the banana and place it in a bowl. Mash the fruit thoroughly with a fork until it forms a smooth puree.
  2. 2. Bring the oat drink to a boil in a pot. Stir in the rice and let it simmer on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally until the rice is soft and creamy.
  3. 3. Stir the mashed banana, almond butter, and cinnamon into the rice. Remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Mix in the flaxseed oil and divide the pudding onto plates. Finely chop the almonds and sprinkle them over the top.
