- 250 ml coffee
- 250 ml milk (1.5 % fat)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the coffee according to your preferences.
- 2. Heat the milk in a pot until it is warm.
- 3. Froth the warm milk using a small electric milk frother.
- 4. Distribute the finished coffee evenly among four cups.
- 5. Pour the frothed milk over the coffee.
- 6. Gently lift the thick milk foam onto the surface with a spoon.
