  7. 7. Heat the oil in an ovenproof pan.
  8. 8. Sauté the onion cubes briefly.
  9. 9. Add the chili peppers and pepper strips to the pan.
  10. 10. Fry the vegetables together.
  11. 11. Stir the corn into the vegetables.
  12. 12. Whisk the eggs with the milk in a bowl.
  13. 13. Fold the flour into the egg and milk mixture.
  14. 14. Stir until a smooth mixture forms.
  15. 15. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan.
  16. 16. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Fry the whole thing for a few minutes on the stove.
  18. 18. Push the butter to the edge of the pan.
  19. 19. Let the butter melt there.
