Ingredients
- 300 g Kidney beans (can)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 250 g mixed minced meat
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- cayenne pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g iceberg lettuce
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 150 g grated cheddar
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the red beans under running water.
- 2. Puree the beans until smooth.
- 3. Season the bean puree with salt and pepper.
- 4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 5. Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly.
- 6. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 7. Wash the tomatoes.
- 8. Quarter the tomatoes.
- 9. Remove the seeds from the tomato quarters.
- 10. Cut the seeded tomatoes into strips.
- 11. Wash the salad greens.
- 12. Remove tough stems or wilted leaves from the salad greens.
- 13. Cut the salad greens into strips.
- 14. Heat the tortillas briefly in a hot frying pan.
- 15. Spread the seasoned bean puree onto the tortillas.
- 16. Distribute the fried minced meat over the tortillas.
- 17. Place the tomato strips on top.
- 18. Add the salad strips.
- 19. Sprinkle everything with cheese.
- 20. Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- 21. Serve the pancakes immediately.
