🍽️ Refreshing Melon Bowl Soup

Ingredients
- 2 smaller honeydew melons
- 2 passion fruits
- juice of one lime
- 2 unpeeled oranges
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cut a zigzag piece off the top of each melon to create a lid.
- 2. Scoop out the seeds from the melon using a tablespoon.
- 3. Use a small melon baller to scoop out small balls of fruit flesh.
- 4. Carefully scrape out the remaining fruit flesh without damaging the shell.
- 5. Leave about one centimeter of flesh on the shell to keep it sturdy.
- 6. Peel the skin of one orange thinly, avoiding the white pith.
- 7. Dice the orange peel finely.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from both oranges.
- 9. Place the scooped fruit flesh, lime juice, orange juice, ice cubes, and honey into a blender.
- 10. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 11. Scoop out the pulp of the passion fruits.
- 12. Add the passion fruit pulp, melon balls, and orange peel to a cold bowl.
- 13. Fill the hollowed-out melon shells with the pureed soup.
- 14. Serve the soup directly in the melon shells.
