  1. 1. Cut a zigzag piece off the top of each melon to create a lid.
  2. 2. Scoop out the seeds from the melon using a tablespoon.
  3. 3. Use a small melon baller to scoop out small balls of fruit flesh.
  4. 4. Carefully scrape out the remaining fruit flesh without damaging the shell.
  5. 5. Leave about one centimeter of flesh on the shell to keep it sturdy.
  6. 6. Peel the skin of one orange thinly, avoiding the white pith.
  7. 7. Dice the orange peel finely.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice from both oranges.
  9. 9. Place the scooped fruit flesh, lime juice, orange juice, ice cubes, and honey into a blender.
  10. 10. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  11. 11. Scoop out the pulp of the passion fruits.
  12. 12. Add the passion fruit pulp, melon balls, and orange peel to a cold bowl.
  13. 13. Fill the hollowed-out melon shells with the pureed soup.
  14. 14. Serve the soup directly in the melon shells.
