🍽️ Melon Skewers with Cheese and Herbs

Ingredients
- 400 g melon flesh
- 100 g blue cheese
- 100 g feta
- 1 unwaxed lime
- 4 mint
- 4 thyme (tips)
- 4 black olives
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 pinch sumac (Turkish spice)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon flesh into small rectangles measuring approximately 2 by 4 centimeters.
- 2. Cut the blue cheese and the feta cheese into small cubes of 1 centimeter size.
- 3. Wash the lime, dry it, and slice it into thin rounds.
- 4. Wash the herbs and pat them dry with a cloth.
- 5. Chop the olives finely.
- 6. Thread the blue cheese cubes onto four cocktail skewers.
- 7. Insert the skewers with the cheese into the melon blocks.
- 8. Drizzle some honey over the cheese-melon skewers.
- 9. Thread the lime slices and the mint leaves onto four additional skewers.
- 10. Insert these skewers into the remaining melon pieces.
- 11. Squeeze the lime with your fingers before eating so that the juice runs over the melon.
- 12. Mix the chopped olives with the thyme and the sumac.
- 13. Distribute the olive mixture onto the feta cheese cubes and thread them onto the skewers.
- 14. Place the finished skewers on decorative plates.
- 15. Serve the skewers as small appetizers.
