  7. 7. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the melon puree.
  8. 8. Stir the mixture well once more to ensure everything is evenly combined.
  9. 9. Pour the mixture into a wide metal bowl.
  10. 10. Place the bowl into your ice cream maker.

  12. 12. Stir the mixture repeatedly during the freezing process.
