🍽️ Fresh Melon Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3 cm ginger
- 200 ml peach juice
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tbsp honey (add more or less to taste)
- 500 g melon flesh (e.g. cantaloupe and honeydew)
- 1 large carrot
- 100 g physalis
- 1 handful ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger.
- 2. Grate the ginger finely.
- 3. Put the grated ginger into the blender.
- 4. Add the peach juice to the blender.
- 5. Add the lemon juice to the blender.
- 6. Add the honey to the blender.
- 7. Cut the melon flesh into pieces.
- 8. Peel the carrot.
- 9. Slice the carrot.
- 10. Wash the physalis.
- 11. Add the melon pieces to the blender.
- 12. Add the sliced carrots to the blender.
- 13. Add the physalis to the blender.
- 14. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- 15. Blend all ingredients finely.
- 16. Add a little cold water if needed.
- 17. Blend further until the desired consistency is reached.
- 18. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 19. Serve the smoothie.
