Ingredients
- 250 g honeydew melon
- 0.5 handful parsley
- 1 tbsp apple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the melon rind and remove the seeds.
- 2. Cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
- 3. Rinse the parsley under running water.
- 4. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
- 5. Put the melon cubes and the parsley leaves into a blender.
- 6. Puree the ingredients until smooth.
- 7. Stir the apple syrup into the mixture.
- 8. Dilute the mixture with about 150 milliliters of water.
- 9. Adjust to your desired thickness.
- 10. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 11. Serve the drink immediately.
