  1. 1. Cut the net melon in half and remove the seeds.
  2. 2. Remove the flesh from the net melon and cut it into small cubes.
  3. 3. Seed the watermelon.
  4. 4. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls from the watermelon.
  5. 5. Cut the remaining watermelon flesh into small pieces.
  6. 6. Place the hollowed-out watermelon half in the refrigerator.
  7. 7. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
  8. 8. Remove any stems and bad berries from the grapes.
  9. 9. Dry the grapes with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Wash the apricots.
  11. 11. Halve the apricots and remove the pits.
  12. 12. Cut the apricot halves into thin wedges.
  13. 13. Wash the figs.
  14. 14. Cut the figs into eight equal pieces.
  15. 15. Put the orange juice, orange zest, and liqueur into a pot.
  16. 16. Add the lemon juice and sugar.
  17. 17. Bring the mixture to a boil in a pot.
  18. 18. Let the mixture boil vigorously for 2 minutes.
  19. 19. Remove the pot from the heat.
  20. 20. Let the syrup cool down.
  21. 21. Mix the prepared fruit with the cooled orange syrup.
  22. 22. Fill the fruit mixture into the hollowed-out watermelon half.

  24. 24. Place the melon in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  25. 25. Crush ice in a large bowl.
  26. 26. Serve the melon half on top of the crushed ice.
