  5. 5. Remove the pit of the avocado.
  6. 6. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado.
  7. 7. Dice the avocado flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Peel the onion.
  9. 9. Slice the onion into thin rings.
  10. 10. Wash the arugula.
  11. 11. Pick out any bad leaves from the arugula.
  12. 12. Shake the arugula dry.
  13. 13. Drain the mozzarella balls.
  14. 14. Cut the mozzarella balls in half.
  15. 15. Add all the prepared ingredients to a large salad bowl.
  16. 16. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey to make the dressing.
  17. 17. Season the dressing mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
