  5. 5. Cut the melon in half.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds from the melon.
  7. 7. Use a melon baller to scoop out the fruit flesh into small balls.
  8. 8. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
  9. 9. Remove tough stems and wilted leaves from the arugula.
  10. 10. Shake the arugula dry.
  11. 11. Drain the mozzarella well.
  12. 12. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  13. 13. Pour the cooled broth into a shaker bottle.
  14. 14. Add the sharp mustard, honey, vinegar, and oil.
