🍽️ Melon Salad with Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon (approx. 800 g)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp liquid forest honey
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 2 tsp pink peppercorns
- grapes (100 g each white and blue)
- 100 g Pecorino
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, and peel it. Slice the flesh into thin strips and arrange them decoratively on large plates.
- 2. Mix the vinegar with the lemon juice, honey, and grape seed oil. Drizzle this mixture over the melon pieces.
- 3. Coarsely crush the peppercorns in a mortar. Wash the grapes, pat them dry, and halve them lengthwise; remove seeds if necessary. Shave the Pecorino cheese into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
- 4. Distribute the grapes and Pecorino shavings over the melon slices. Sprinkle with the pink peppercorns and garnish the salad with mint.
