  1. 1. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, and peel it. Slice the flesh into thin strips and arrange them decoratively on large plates.
  2. 2. Mix the vinegar with the lemon juice, honey, and grape seed oil. Drizzle this mixture over the melon pieces.
  3. 3. Coarsely crush the peppercorns in a mortar. Wash the grapes, pat them dry, and halve them lengthwise; remove seeds if necessary. Shave the Pecorino cheese into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
  4. 4. Distribute the grapes and Pecorino shavings over the melon slices. Sprinkle with the pink peppercorns and garnish the salad with mint.
