🍽️ Fruity Melon Salad with Berries and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon
- 200 g blueberries
- 2 small nectarines
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut the melon in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the flesh.
- 3. Use a melon baller (a spoon with a round cutter) to scoop out small balls from the flesh.
- 4. Set the empty melon halves aside, as you will use them as bowls later.
- 5. Wash the blueberries thoroughly under running water.
- 6. Remove any damaged or bad berries.
- 7. Let the blueberries drain well in a colander.
- 8. Wash the nectarines thoroughly.
- 9. Cut each nectarine into four equal pieces.
- 10. Remove the pits from the nectarine wedges.
- 11. Slice the nectarine wedges into thin wedges.
- 12. Drizzle some lemon juice over the nectarine wedges.
- 13. Mix the drained blueberries, melon balls, nectarine wedges, and goat cheese in a large bowl.
- 14. Fill the salad mixture into the prepared melon halves.
