🍰 Refreshing Melon and Raspberry Salad

Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon (or cantaloupe melon to taste)
- 150 g fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- liquid sweetener
- mint

Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half.
- 2. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- 3. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls of fruit.
- 4. Sort through the raspberries to remove any bad ones.
- 5. Place the melon balls and raspberries into a bowl.
- 6. Mix the lemon juice with the sweetener.
- 7. Pour the mixture over the fruit.
- 8. Gently toss the ingredients together.
- 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about two hours.
- 10. Fill the empty melon halves with the finished salad.
- 11. Garnish the dish with fresh mint leaves.
