Ingredients
- 0.125 piece watermelon
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- mineral water (to top up)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the seeds and the green rind from the melon.
- 2. Cut the flesh into large chunks.
- 3. Place the melon chunks along with all other ingredients into a blender.
- 4. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth liquid.
- 5. Pour the melon mixture into a drinking glass.
- 6. Top up the drink with ice-cold sparkling water.
