🥤 Fresh Melon and Spinach Juice

Ingredients
- 350 g small honeydew melon (0.5 small honeydew melons)
- 250 g young tender leaf spinach
- 1 piece cinnamon stick (approx. 1 cm)
- Nutmeg
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon into wedges.
- 2. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon.
- 3. Cut the flesh away from the rind.
- 4. Dice the fruit flesh roughly.
- 5. Place the spinach in a bowl of water.
- 6. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 7. Change the water several times.
- 8. Repeat until the water stays clear.
- 9. Take a small sharp knife.
- 10. Scrape thin strips from the cinnamon stick.
- 11. Squeeze the spinach lightly.
- 12. Save one spinach leaf and a small stem for garnish.
- 13. Put the melon and the rest of the spinach into a juicer.
- 14. Juice the ingredients.
- 15. Pour the juice into a glass with ice cubes.
- 16. Grate some nutmeg over it.
- 17. Garnish the juice with cinnamon.
- 18. Add the reserved spinach pieces.
- 19. Enjoy the juice immediately.
