  1. 1. Cut the melon flesh into large cubes. Clean the berries, wash them thoroughly, and chop them into small pieces. Wash the bell pepper, remove the inside with the seeds, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wash the herbs and shake them dry.
  2. 2. Put the melon, berries, bell pepper, lemon balm, and lemon juice into a blender. Puree the mixture until smooth. Pour the melon smoothie into four glasses and decorate it with the mint.
