🍽️ Melon Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients
- 1 kg watermelon
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 200 g mascarpone
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Remove the seeds from the melon, peel it, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Place the melon cubes in a pot with cinnamon and sugar and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
- 2. Stir the mascarpone cheese into the cooled melon mixture and season with lemon juice. Cover the cream and refrigerate until cold. To serve, fill the cream into dessert bowls and garnish with edible flowers (such as nasturtium flowers).
