🍰 Oatmeal Porridge with Melon and Crushed Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat butter cookies
- 15 g oat flakes (instant; 2 tbsp)
- 100 g watermelon (pure flesh)
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Pour 100 milliliters of water into a small pot.
- 2. Bring the water to a boil.
- 3. Place the cookies into a freezer bag.
- 4. Crush the cookies finely using a rolling pin.
- 5. Stir the cookie crumbs and the oats into the boiling water.
- 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 7. Remove the seeds from the melon.
- 8. Cut the melon flesh into cubes.
- 9. Mash the melon cubes slightly with a fork.
- 10. Stir the mashed melon and the oil into the porridge.
- 11. Let the porridge cool down for a moment.
