🍽️ Refreshing Melon Cucumber Smoothie with Mint

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 400 g melon flesh (e.g. honeydew melon)
- 2 sprigs mint
- 1 lime (juice)
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 handful ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
- 3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 4. Cut the melon flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Place the melon pieces, cucumber slices, and about 100 milliliters of cold water into the blender.
- 6. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth puree.
- 7. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve to remove fibers and seeds.
- 8. Pluck the fresh mint leaves from the stems.
- 9. Add the mint leaves, lime juice, sugar, and ice cubes to the blender.
- 10. Blend everything together briefly until well combined.
- 11. Pour the drink into glasses.
- 12. Dilute the drink with a little more cold water if desired.
- 13. Serve the smoothie immediately.
