🥗 Fresh Melon and Cucumber Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 small cucumber (approx. 450 g)
- 500 g watermelon
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 lemon (squeezed)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- sugar
- 4 mint sprigs
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into eight equal wedges.
- 3. Cut the cucumber pieces into small cubes with a side length of about one centimeter.
- 4. Carefully cut the melon flesh away from the rind.
- 5. Remove all black seeds from the melon flesh.
- 6. Cut the melon into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Mix the cucumber cubes and melon pieces in a bowl.
- 8. Divide the vegetable mixture evenly into four glasses, each with a capacity of 200 milliliters.
- 9. Stir the yogurt thoroughly with the lemon juice in a small bowl.
- 10. Season the yogurt mixture with salt, pepper, and sugar to your taste.
- 11. Pour the finished sauce evenly over the melon and cucumber cubes in the glasses.
- 12. Garnish each salad with a fresh sprig of mint.
- 13. Serve the salad immediately.
