🍽️ Refreshing Melon Granita

Ingredients
- 0.5 ripe melon (cantaloupe)
- Juice of one lemon
- 150 ml water
- 4 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Put sugar and water into a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- 3. Peel the melon and remove the seeds.
- 4. Carefully separate the flesh from the rind.
- 5. Puree the flesh finely in a blender.
- 6. Mix the puree with the warm sugar syrup.
- 7. Stir in the lemon juice.
- 8. Place the mixture in the freezer.
- 9. Let the mixture freeze for about 2 to 3 hours.
- 10. Stir the mixture vigorously every 30 minutes.
- 11. Repeat stirring until the granité is firm.
- 12. Serve the dessert garnished with fresh melon slices.
