  5. 5. Puree the flesh finely in a blender.
  6. 6. Mix the puree with the warm sugar syrup.
  7. 7. Stir in the lemon juice.
  8. 8. Place the mixture in the freezer.
  9. 9. Let the mixture freeze for about 2 to 3 hours.
  10. 10. Stir the mixture vigorously every 30 minutes.
  11. 11. Repeat stirring until the granité is firm.
  12. 12. Serve the dessert garnished with fresh melon slices.
