🍰 Refreshing Melon Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 Cantaloupe melons
- 4 tbsp honey
- 250 g whipping cream
- 4 egg yolks
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melons in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds.
- 3. Scoop out the flesh from the rind.
- 4. Place the empty melon halves in the freezer.
- 5. Let them freeze to serve as small ice bowls.
- 6. Put the fruit flesh and honey into the blender.
- 7. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 8. Stir in the egg yolks.
- 9. Mix everything with the cream.
- 10. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
- 11. Let the ice cream freeze.
- 12. Store the finished ice cream in the freezer.
- 13. Take it out only shortly before serving.
