🍽️ Refreshing Melon Punch

Ingredients
- 1 kg small watermelon (1 small watermelon)
- 1 kg honeydew melon (1 honeydew melon)
- 2 limes (1 of them organic)
- 1 l sparkling mineral water (ice cold)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the watermelon in half.
- 2. Remove the large seeds.
- 3. Cut off two strips of flesh including the rind.
- 4. Cut these strips into triangles.
- 5. Set the triangles aside.
- 6. Scoop balls from the remaining flesh.
- 7. Place the melon balls in a bowl or jug.
- 8. Cut the honeydew melon in half.
- 9. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
- 10. Scoop the honeydew flesh into balls.
- 11. Add the honeydew balls to the watermelon.
- 12. Rinse the organic lime under hot water.
- 13. Dry the lime.
- 14. Peel the skin into thin spirals.
- 15. Cut both limes in half.
- 16. Squeeze the juice out.
- 17. Add the lime juice to the vessel.
- 18. Top up the punch with mineral water.
- 19. Add ice cubes.
- 20. Garnish the punch with the lime peel.
- 21. Garnish the punch with the melon triangles.
