  3. 3. Cut off two strips of flesh including the rind.
  4. 4. Cut these strips into triangles.
  5. 5. Set the triangles aside.
  6. 6. Scoop balls from the remaining flesh.
  7. 7. Place the melon balls in a bowl or jug.
  8. 8. Cut the honeydew melon in half.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
  10. 10. Scoop the honeydew flesh into balls.
  11. 11. Add the honeydew balls to the watermelon.
  12. 12. Rinse the organic lime under hot water.
  13. 13. Dry the lime.
  14. 14. Peel the skin into thin spirals.
  15. 15. Cut both limes in half.
  16. 16. Squeeze the juice out.
  17. 17. Add the lime juice to the vessel.
  18. 18. Top up the punch with mineral water.
  19. 19. Add ice cubes.
  20. 20. Garnish the punch with the lime peel.
  21. 21. Garnish the punch with the melon triangles.
