🥗 Fresh Melon and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe melon
- 2 red onions
- 2 balls mozzarella (à 125 g)
- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
- cilantro (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the melon and cut it in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the melon.
- 3. Cut the melon flesh into thin strips.
- 4. Peel the onions.
- 5. Cut the onions into fine strips as well.
- 6. Slice the mozzarella.
- 7. Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
- 8. Scoop out the avocado flesh whole with a spoon.
- 9. Cut the avocado flesh into thin wedges.
- 10. Gently mix all the prepared ingredients together.
- 11. Divide the mixture into small bowls.
- 12. Drizzle lemon juice over the salad.
- 13. Add a little honey.
- 14. Drizzle olive oil over it.
- 15. Season the salad with pepper.
- 16. Garnish the salad with fresh coriander leaves.
