🍽️ Fresh Melon and Mozzarella Balls

Ingredients
- 0.5 cantaloupe melon
- 400 g watermelon flesh
- 20 mini mozzarella balls (ca. 150 g)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 mint sprigs
Instructions
- 1. Remove the seeds from the cantaloupe melon.
- 2. Use a melon baller (a small, spoon-shaped kitchen tool) to scoop small, uniform balls from the flesh of both melon varieties.
- 3. Place the melon balls into a bowl.
- 4. Add the drained mozzarella balls to the bowl.
- 5. Add lemon juice and honey.
- 6. Gently mix all ingredients until well combined.
- 7. Transfer the mixture into individual glasses.
- 8. Garnish the glasses with fresh mint.
- 9. Serve the dish immediately.
