🍽️ Fresh Melon with Figs and Ham

Ingredients
- 8 fresh figs
- 125 g Parma ham (thin slices)
- 1 Galia or honeydew melon
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the figs thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Pat the figs dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut each fig in half lengthwise.
- 4. Cut the honeydew melon in half.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the inside of the melon halves.
- 6. Cut the melon into thick wedges.
- 7. Carefully separate the melon wedges from the green rind.
- 8. Arrange the fig halves, melon wedges, and slices of Parma ham attractively on a plate.
- 9. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper over the dish.
- 10. Serve the melon immediately.
