🍽️ Melon with Parma Ham

Ingredients
- 1 small cantaloupe melon
- 50 g young spinach
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- 4 slices Parma ham
- parmesan shavings
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half crosswise.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the halves.
- 3. Carefully scoop the flesh out of the rind with a spoon.
- 4. Dice the deseeded flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Mix the melon pieces with the spinach in a bowl.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Fill the empty melon rind with the melon-spinach mixture.
- 8. Drizzle lemon juice over the filled melon.
- 9. Add a little olive oil.
- 10. Place slices of Parma ham on top of the filling.
- 11. Sprinkle the dish with Parmesan shavings.
