🍽️ Fresh Melon with Figs, Grapes, and Parma Ham

Ingredients
- 8 fresh figs
- 125 g Parma ham
- 1 honeydew melon
- table grapes (about 8 light and dark each)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the figs thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Pat the figs dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut each fig in half through the center so you get two halves.
- 4. Carefully cut the honeydew melon in half through the center.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the inside of the melon halves.
- 6. Cut the deseeded melon halves into thick wedges.
- 7. Carefully separate the melon wedges from the green rind.
- 8. Rinse the grapes thoroughly under running water.
- 9. Pat the grapes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Arrange the halved figs decoratively on a large plate.
- 11. Place the melon wedges nicely next to the figs on the plate.
- 12. Lay thin slices of Parma ham loosely over the melon and the figs.
- 13. Distribute the dry grapes decoratively on the plate.
- 14. Serve the fresh fruit and ham platter immediately.
