🍰 Melon with Crème Fraîche and Honey

Ingredients
- 2 Galia melons
- 4 tsp flower honey
- 200 g crème fraîche (well chilled)
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- mint (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half.
- 2. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- 3. Place one teaspoon of honey into each melon half.
- 4. Add a dollop of crème fraîche onto the melon.
- 5. Sprinkle the dish with chopped pistachios.
- 6. Garnish the melon with fresh mint leaves.
- 7. Serve the melon immediately.
