  1. 1. Halve the orange and rinse it under hot water.
  2. 2. Dry the orange with a cloth.
  3. 3. Peel the orange thinly using a vegetable peeler.
  4. 4. Place the cinnamon stick and 200 milliliters of water in a pot.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. 6. Let the cinnamon stick steep in the boiling water for two to three minutes.
  7. 7. Add about two-thirds of the orange peel and the coriander seeds to the pot.
  8. 8. Simmer the mixture over low heat for another two to three minutes.
  9. 9. Sweeten the tea to taste with sweetener.
  10. 10. Wash the lemon balm thoroughly.
  11. 11. Shake the lemon balm dry.
  12. 12. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Set aside a few leaves for garnish.
  14. 14. Place the rest of the lemon balm into a large mug.
  15. 15. Squeeze the orange.
  16. 16. Add the orange juice to the cinnamon mixture in the pot.
  17. 17. Bring the mixture to a brief boil.
  18. 18. Strain the liquid directly over the lemon balm in the mug.
  19. 19. Garnish the tea with the remaining orange peel and the reserved lemon balm leaves.
