🍽️ Warming Multigrain Porridge Drinks

Ingredients
- 20 g Multigrain flakes (2 tbsp)
- 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp Carrot juice
Instructions
- 1. Put the flakes and half of the milk into a small saucepan.
- 2. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
- 3. Turn the heat down immediately.
- 4. Let the mixture steep for about 2 minutes.
- 5. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 6. Stir in the remaining milk and the juice with a spoon.
- 7. Carefully pour the porridge into a drinking bottle.
- 8. Make sure no air bubbles form.
- 9. Check the temperature of the porridge.
- 10. Feed it if the temperature is right.
