🍽️ Melon and Milk Porridge with Cereal Flakes

Ingredients
- 100 g melon (with peel; e.g. honeydew melon)
- 200 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 20 g multi-grain flakes (instant; 2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the melon and remove all seeds.
- 2. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Pour the milk into a small saucepan.
- 4. Stir the flakes into the cold milk using a whisk.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a brief boil.
- 6. Add the melon cubes to the pot.
- 7. Blend everything briefly with a hand blender.
- 8. Avoid creating air bubbles to prevent bloating.
- 9. Pour the porridge into a baby bottle with a cross-cut teat.
- 10. Drip a little onto the back of your hand to check the temperature.
