🍽️ Horseradish Jelly with Ham Bread

Ingredients
- 6 sheets gelatin
- 400 ml milk
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
- 1 apple
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 2. Warm the milk together with the crème fraîche and the horseradish.
- 3. Wash the apple.
- 4. Quarter the apple and remove the core.
- 5. Grate the apple pieces finely.
- 6. Add the grated apple to the horseradish milk mixture.
- 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 8. Mix everything well together.
- 9. Distribute the mixture among four glasses.
- 10. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until the jelly is set.
- 11. Serve the jelly with a ham bread as desired.
