Ingredients
- 100 g yogurt
- 100 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp cream horseradish
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Stir the yogurt and horseradish together in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Whisk the sour cream, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a separate bowl.
- 3. Add the sour cream mixture to the yogurt horseradish mixture and mix everything well.
- 4. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- 5. Stir the finely sliced chive rolls into the finished dressing.
