  1. 1. Add the seafood to the broth one by one and poach them for about 5 minutes until tender. Make sure they only cook gently and do not boil. Remove them and let them cool down.
  2. 2. Stir the olive oil and chili into the broth and let the mixture cool down. Then add the fish back in and let it marinate for about 2 hours. Arrange the salad on leaf lettuce and serve it sprinkled with capers.
