🍽️ Caribbean Seafood Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g fish fillet (e.g. monkfish, dragonhead)
- 200 g scallops
- 200 g shrimp
- 200 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 onion (in rings)
- 0.5 bunch chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp marjoram
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp finely chopped chili peppers

Instructions
- 1. Add the seafood to the broth one by one and poach them for about 5 minutes until tender. Make sure they only cook gently and do not boil. Remove them and let them cool down.
- 2. Stir the olive oil and chili into the broth and let the mixture cool down. Then add the fish back in and let it marinate for about 2 hours. Arrange the salad on leaf lettuce and serve it sprinkled with capers.
