  3. 3. Drizzle the avocado cubes with a little lemon juice immediately to prevent browning.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  6. 6. Add the onion rings and seafood to the pan and sauté briefly.
  7. 7. Deglaze the mixture with white wine.
  8. 8. Simmer the ingredients for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  9. 9. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
  10. 10. Mix the cooled mixture with the avocado cubes and parsley.
  11. 11. Season the salad with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice to taste.
