  3. 3. Cover the pot and cook the mussels for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Shake the pot occasionally while cooking.
  5. 5. Remove the cooked mussels from the pot.
  6. 6. Discard any mussels that remain closed after cooking.
  7. 7. Extract the meat from the opened mussel shells.
  8. 8. Finely chop the bell pepper.
  9. 9. Finely chop the garlic.
  10. 10. Mix the pepper and garlic with the orange juice.
  11. 11. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the marinade and stir.
  12. 12. Add the shrimp and squid rings to the marinade.
  13. 13. Let the seafood marinate for 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan.
