🍽️ Seafood Pizza with Fresh Toppings

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 450 g flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large can peeled tomatoes
- 250 g mozzarella
- 400 g mixed seafood (frozen)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 60 g parmesan (freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 bunch spring onions
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the yeast into a large bowl.
- 2. Pour in 200 ml of lukewarm water and the sugar.
- 3. Stir the mixture until smooth and the yeast and sugar have dissolved.
- 4. Add the flour, olive oil, and salt.
- 5. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 6. Cover the bowl.
- 7. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- 9. Lightly dust a baking tray with flour.
- 10. Take the dough and roll it out on the tray.
- 11. Leave a small border around the edge of the dough.
- 12. Drain the tomatoes.
- 13. Mash the tomatoes with a fork.
- 14. Spread the mashed tomatoes evenly over the dough.
- 15. Season the tomato sauce with salt and pepper.
- 16. Distribute the thawed seafood over the pizza.
- 17. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 18. Place the mozzarella slices on the pizza.
- 19. Wash the spring onions.
- 20. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 21. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 22. Scatter the spring onion rings over the pizza.
- 23. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the pizza.
- 24. Drizzle some olive oil over the entire pizza.
- 25. Place the pizza in the lower section of the oven.
- 26. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes.
