  7. 7. Place the fillet on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  9. 9. Mix the chopped garlic with the remaining oil.
  10. 10. Wash the lemon thoroughly with hot water and pat it dry.
  11. 11. Grate the lemon peel into fine zest.
  12. 12. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
  13. 13. Combine the lemon zest and lemon juice with the garlic-oil mixture.
