🍽️ Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables

Ingredients
- 0.1 l olive oil
- bell peppers (1 red and 1 yellow each)
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 4 onions
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Halve the bell peppers and remove the core.
- 2. Remove all white inner membranes from the bell peppers.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the bell peppers into wide strips if necessary.
- 5. Wash the zucchini and the eggplant.
- 6. Remove the hard ends from the zucchini and eggplant.
- 7. Slice the zucchini and eggplant lengthwise into thin slices.
- 8. Peel the onions.
- 9. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 10. Season all the prepared vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 11. Brush the seasoned vegetables with oil.
- 12. Preheat the grill and set it to a medium-high heat.
- 13. Place the vegetables on the grill and grill for 6 to 12 minutes.
- 14. Note that the cooking time may vary depending on the type of vegetable.
- 15. Optionally, pre-grill the vegetables and then finish cooking them on aluminum foil.
- 16. Arrange the grilled vegetables decoratively on plates.
