  1. 1. Halve the bell peppers and remove the core.
  2. 2. Remove all white inner membranes from the bell peppers.
  3. 3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  4. 4. Cut the bell peppers into wide strips if necessary.
  5. 5. Wash the zucchini and the eggplant.
  6. 6. Remove the hard ends from the zucchini and eggplant.
  7. 7. Slice the zucchini and eggplant lengthwise into thin slices.
  8. 8. Peel the onions.
  9. 9. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
  10. 10. Season all the prepared vegetables with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Brush the seasoned vegetables with oil.
  12. 12. Preheat the grill and set it to a medium-high heat.
  13. 13. Place the vegetables on the grill and grill for 6 to 12 minutes.
  14. 14. Note that the cooking time may vary depending on the type of vegetable.
  15. 15. Optionally, pre-grill the vegetables and then finish cooking them on aluminum foil.
  16. 16. Arrange the grilled vegetables decoratively on plates.
