  9. 9. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
  10. 10. Wash the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

  13. 13. Peel the garlic.
  14. 14. Dice the onion into small cubes.
  15. 15. Dice the garlic into small cubes.
  16. 16. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  17. 17. Fry the garlic, onions, and bell pepper cubes in the pan.
