🍝 Fresh Pasta Salad with Arugula and Feta

Ingredients
- 2 tsp chopped oregano
- 100 g arugula
- 4 dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 200 g feta
- 400 g fusilli (spiral pasta)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80 g black olives (pitted)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 2. Spin the greens dry.
- 3. Tear the arugula into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes.
- 5. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes as well.
- 6. Slice the olives.
- 7. Bring plenty of water to a boil.
- 8. Salt the cooking water generously.
- 9. Cook the pasta in it until al dente.
- 10. Peel the garlic.
- 11. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 12. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 13. Sauté the garlic slices lightly.
- 14. Drain the pasta.
- 15. Add the drained pasta to the pan.
- 16. Fold in the arugula.
- 17. Add the cubes of tomato and feta.
- 18. Mix the olives into the salad.
- 19. Season with salt and pepper.
- 20. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- 21. Serve the salad.
