🍝 Fresh Pasta Salad with Mediterranean Flavors

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 2 Bell peppers
- 100 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 Chili pepper
- 4 tbsp White wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente (still firm to the bite). Drain, rinse briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process, and let them drain well.
- 2. Wash the peppers, remove the stem and the inside, including all white veins, halve them, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Slice the olives into thin rounds.
- 3. Wash the chili peppers and slice them into small rings.
- 4. Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper, and olive oil to create a dressing. Pour this dressing over the drained pasta and the rest of the vegetables, and toss everything well. Divide the salad onto plates and serve immediately.
