  5. 5. Stir the anchovies and chili into the dressing.
  6. 6. Season the sauce generously with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  7. 7. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces or crumble it.
  8. 8. Dice the bell pepper.
  9. 9. Drain the pasta and let it drip dry.
  10. 10. Toss the hot pasta in a large bowl with the dressing.
  11. 11. Fold in the cheese, bell pepper cubes, drained olives, and chili.
  12. 12. Cut the parsley leaves into fine strips and add them.
